The Kiowa Tribe believes that it is important to create employment and training opportunities for Kiowa Tribal Citizens and other Native Americans and to eradicate discrimination against Native American people. An integral part of attaining this goal is by structuring employment and training opportunities within the Kiowa, Comanche, and Apache (KCA) jurisdictional area to provide for the hiring of Native Americans where there are not sufficient qualified Native Americans to meet the employment opportunities.
