The Red Buffalo Hall is a facility that is often used for public and non-public events such as powwows, banquets, receptions, sports activities, etc. Anyone is welcomed to rent this multi-purpose building for a fee and deposit, use of the kettle is available for an extra charge. Deposit is refundable if guidelines are followed satisfactory.
Renters of Red Buffalo Hall are able to use the 30ft x 15ft 6in stage and lights (if requested upon rental) as well as the sound system and microphone. Tables and chairs are accessible depending on the event; the Red Buffalo Hall coordinator will need to be notified about the amount of tables and chairs needed prior to the event so the setup can be arranged accordingly.
Please note that the Kiowa Tribe will not be held responsible or liable for any damages, loss, or theft of personal property. Renters are responsible to provide their own security as well providing the names of security to the administration office prior to the event. Once the agreement is signed the renter/or responsible party is expected to abide by the regulations set forth and established by the Kiowa Tribe. Breach of the agreement will result in forfeit of deposit and may be prevented from further use of the Red Buffalo Hall facility.
