The Kiowa Newsletter can be picked up, at the Kiowa Tribal Complex or at any Kiowa District Legislative Offices, located in Carnegie, Hobart, Lawton, Elgin, Anadarko, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa.

In Carnegie at the Carnegie Indian Clinic, the AOA Center, Kiowa Tribal Court, Kiowa 9, and the Carnegie Library.

In Anadarko at the Anadarko Indian Clinic, the Kiowa Education Agency and Health and Humans Services (HHS) Building, Kiowa Language Department Office, and Kiowa Veterans Office.

In Lawton at the Lawton Indian Hospital, Buck's Pawn Shop, Comanche Nation Gift Shop and Fitness Center, and Lawton Public Library.

In Oklahoma City at the OKC Indian Clinic and First American Museum(FAM).
